Where Your Donations Go

Scholarships and Tuition Assistance – 40%

This fund will ensure equitable access to the Academy by providing full and partial scholarships for students facing financial challenges in any beauty school.
Includes tuition coverage for economically disadvantaged students and underserved communities.

Living Expenses and Holistic Support – 30%

Provides grants for students needing assistance with basic living expenses such as housing, food, and transportation.
Covers access to holistic resources, including counseling (for domestic violence survivors and others) and mentorship.

Program Development and Expansion – 15%

Funds will support the development of new courses, workshops, and programs aligned with the Academy’s mission of sustainable beauty and entrepreneurship.
Also includes scaling the “Take My Hand and Lead You to Entrepreneurship” program, with expanded resources like additional staffing and enhanced curriculum offerings.

Job Placement and Career Support – 10%

Focuses on preparing students for employment through career counseling, resume assistance, and networking opportunities.
Supports job placement services to maintain high graduate employment rates and aligns with the Academy’s commitment to long-term student success.

Operational Costs – 5%

A small portion of funds will be allocated to administrative expenses required to
operate the Academy and manage fundraising activities.
This ensures that most of the funding is directed toward impactful student support services and program enhancement.
